1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the kc1111 website, mobile site, and any associated applications accessible at kc1111.vip.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who registers an account with kc1111 and uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the kc1111 Platform.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal eligibility is activated.

2 Eligibility and Registration

Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited pending investigation.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Account on the kc1111 Platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be duplicates are subject to immediate closure, and any Bonus funds or winnings accrued across duplicate accounts may be voided. If you already hold an Account and wish to open a new one, you must contact support to close the existing Account first.

2.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, voiding of winnings, and permanent ban from the Platform.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. kc1111 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to safeguard your login details. You must notify kc1111 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kc1111 accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits may apply depending on the payment method used and the Player's account verification tier. Players are advised to consult the Payments section of the Platform for current limits.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–2 business days. kc1111 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the same Account, and only after KYC verification is complete.

3.4 Currency

The functional currency of the kc1111 Platform is Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in BDT unless otherwise stated. kc1111 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by third-party payment providers.

3.5 No Third-Party Payments

All deposits must be made from a payment account or card registered in the Player's own name. kc1111 strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from an account not held by the registered Player will be returned and may trigger an account review.

4 Betting and Gaming Rules

4.1 Placement of Bets

A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the kc1111 system. A bet confirmation receipt or transaction ID will be displayed on screen and recorded in your Account history. Verbal, telephonic, or unrecorded bets are not valid. kc1111 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a system error.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all sports, casino, and other betting products on the Platform. These limits may vary by market, event, game, and account tier. kc1111 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual Players at its sole discretion, including in response to unusual betting patterns.

4.3 In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are subject to suspension or closure at any time during an event. kc1111 will endeavour to settle in-play bets at the correct odds prevailing at the time of acceptance, but accepts no liability for delays in odds updates caused by data feed latency or technical failures beyond kc1111's reasonable control.

4.4 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot games on the kc1111 Platform are provided by certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Hacksaw Gaming, and Spribe. Games utilise certified random number generation (RNG) systems. kc1111 is not the operator or licensor of these games and does not assume liability for technical malfunctions originating within game provider software. 5 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kc1111 Platform and may result in account suspension, voiding of winnings, and permanent ban:

• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any form of advantage play that exploits pricing errors.

• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any fraudulent financial activity.
• Sharing account access or selling, transferring, or assigning your Account to any third party.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymising service to access the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward kc1111 staff or other platform users.
• Exploiting system errors, software bugs, or technical glitches for financial gain.

6 Account Verification (KYC)

kc1111 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals and, in certain cases, at registration. The KYC process may require the submission of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 3 months)
• Proof of payment method (screenshot or confirmation of the bKash/Nagad account in the Player's name)

kc1111 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal access until KYC documentation is reviewed and approved. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with the kc1111 Privacy Policy. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request may result in account review and potential fund return procedures.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Player-Initiated Closure

7.2 Platform-Initiated Suspension

kc1111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering suspicion, unverifiable identity, or abuse of the Platform. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, kc1111 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and to refer matters to relevant authorities where required by law.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers made available by kc1111 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus rules that apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonuses are available to one Account per household and per device.

12 Limitation of Liability

kc1111's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arose.

13 Amendments to These Terms

kc1111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
